Customer Services on a high for Agenda Marketing and Communication - July 2011
We recently surveyed a group of randomly selected clients (chosen independently by our business development team removing any suggestion of bias or favour) to obtain their feedback on our service delivery. Our team prides itself on delivering work of the highest standard and to continue to offer a professional yet friendly service, working closely with each individual client. The recent round of customer satisfaction surveys reiterated these goals with 10/10 clients surveyed happy to recommend Agenda to others for marketing services and 10/10 clients happy to continue using our services in the future.
In the last round of the survey, we rated at 7.8/10 for frequency and method of communication which was due to our team over-communicating with one particular client; however this round saw our ratings move up to 8.7 out of 10 which was a great improvement.
The team asked those surveyed if there was anything additional that we could do that we don't currently do and apart from the feedback suggesting lower prices for advertising, no other suggestions were given. In response to the more cost effective advertising option request we have introduced a new section to the publication Lab Animal Europe called "The Industry Showcase" which offers companies the ideal opportunity to promote a new product or service for as little as £100. A section that is ideal for product launches, new appointments and product updates.
We were also delighted to see even greater brand recognition, those surveyed see Agenda Marketing and Communication as 'Cutting Edge', 'Well-known', 'Professional', 'Market Leader' , 'Bright and Creative' and 'An established Brand'. We have been delighted by the response and see it as recognition of the whole team in their efforts to meet the needs of our clients every time, on time!
