Customer loyalty and recommendations for Agenda Marketing and Communication - January 2011
December 2010 saw the completion of the second round of the Agenda Security Services customer satisfaction surveys for 2010. The surveys were independently carried out by the business development team using randomly selected clients to remove any suggestion of bias or favour. The team was also able to provide immediate responses to clients if any concerns or recommendations were raised during the survey interviews.
As a group company, Agenda is highly focused on its clients and delivering services that are of the highest possible standard and we were delighted to see the overall score rating for the company increased year on year from 8.1 out of 10 to 8.7 out of 10.
The clients surveyed rated Agenda Marketing Team as a team they would highly recommend to others and they would be highly likely to continue to use the services in the future.
Areas that were highlighted for improvement were frequency and method of communication. It was highlighted that we contacted some clients too frequently and that they would rather that we contacted them quarterly. We were rated as 7.8 out of 10 on average.
It was brought to our attention during this survey that the brand image of Agenda Marketing and Communication was not as visible as we would like. Therefore the team is involved on a day to day basis with the company's marketing, managing the websites, company brochures, advertising campaigns and attendance at conferences and events, as well as with servicing their clients' marketing requirements. However the team has taken time out of its busy schedule to develop a communications strategy to increase awareness of its own brand during 2011 which includes the development of a new website, regular news updates in the form of an e-newsletter and also the use of social media include Linkedin.
