Team member who always goes that extra mile recognised - January 2011
Agenda prides itself on its friendly and professional approach and its focus customer care. In 2009 a new Agenda Values Recognition Programme was developed for all staff. Nominations could be made by colleagues or customers based on the individual showing a great example of "living" the Agenda Values below:

The 2010 winner was Kate, Marketing Executive from our own Marketing and Communications team. Kate was nominated throughout the year by colleagues and her peers for her dedication to her job and to Agenda. Her events' management skills are second to none and during 2010 she has successfully managed two major events for a partnership association which has subsequently led to more business for Agenda Marketing and Communication which will certainly keep the team busy.
She was nominated for her friendly and professional approach to colleagues and clients and for her patience even during stressful demanding times. She always goes the extra mile whether she is working on a client focused project or one for her colleagues at Agenda. Regardless of her busy schedule she always has time to answer questions from her colleagues who are newer to the team and who are learning the ropes. A great asset to the team - well done Kate!
